Century Next Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Weston L. Bass (Wes Bass) to our Board of Directors. Since 2019, Wes has served as a valued member of the Century Next Bank Ouachita Parish Advisory Board, offering trusted guidance and deep local insight. His ongoing dedication to the bank’s mission and the growth of the region make him a strong addition to the Board of
Directors.
Mr. Bass is the Owner and Founder of WL Bass Construction Company, a respected heavy highway, bridge, and civil contracting firm. His strong background in the construction industry in Louisiana and Arkansas brings valuable business insight, proven leadership, and a meaningful community perspective to the Century Next Bank Board.
In addition to his role as a successful business owner, Wes contributes to industry leadership through his service on the board of directors for the Louisiana Associated General Contractors, where he currently serves as the Monroe District Chair.

Beyond his professional work, Wes is dedicated to community involvement. He serves on the Board of Directors for Bayou DeSiard Country Club and is an active member of North Monroe Baptist Church, where he contributes to the Building Team. He is married to Amber and has two children, Gentry and Weston Jr.
Wes is a proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University, where he earned a degree in Construction Technology Engineering in 2004 and was an active member of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity.
