Lost or Stolen Cards

Call us immediately at 1-866-454-9228 during banking hours to report your missing or stolen card. After hours, call toll-free at 1-800-383-8000 to report the lost or stolen card as soon as possible. If you are using the Brella app, you can pause your lost card through the app with the touch of a button. (More about Brella is below.)

Keep your most important valuables and documents secure in a safe deposit box at any of our locations.  Call for available box sizes and rental rates.  (Safe deposit boxes are not insured by the FDIC.)

In order for the bank to submit wires for processing the day the requests are received, the wire requests must meet the following cut-off times. Otherwise, the request will be handled the next business day.

With the Brella app, you can access balance information anytime, anywhere via smartphones, tablets or the Internet. Brella users are able to manage travel notices, pause their card with the transaction control feature, and use GPS to locate nearby ATMs.

Fraud Protection

Brella adds another layer of protection against fraud. Brella can immediately alert you to potentially fraudulent activity:

  • A debit purchase for more than an amount they specify
  • Any card-not-present debit transaction (telephone orders, Internet orders, mail orders, etc.)
  • Any suspicious or high-risk transaction that occurs on your cardholder's account

Early warning is the key. When you are aware of suspicious activity, you can contact us sooner. That reduces your fraud risk and saves you money!

Instant Transaction Control

The transaction control feature gives you more control over your accounts. You will be able to pause your card, without affecting previous transactions, if your card is stolen or goes missing. With the quick tap of a button, this optional feature allows you to block or unblock your own cards much like a temporary card block, saving you money.

This fast and simple security feature increases safety. It not only gives you peace of mind and saves you the hassle of updating automatic payment information, but also saves you the hassle of replacing cards found days later. This enhancement to Brella makes this app a must have for everyone!
