Congratulations to Nate Trisler, Vice President Training and Development Officer at Century Next Bank. Earlier this month Nate passed the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) exam and earned his CPTM designation.
Developed specifically for the training manager role, the CPTM is a comprehensive professional certification focused on leading and managing the entire training function. The program covers aligning training strategy with business goals, diagnosing performance needs, managing budgets and resources, evaluating technology and external partners, strengthening training operations, planning employee and leadership development initiatives, and using data to measure training performance and business impact.
Nate joined Century Next in 2018 and is an invaluable asset to our company. He has worked as lender, branch manager, and trainer, introducing initiatives such as bank-wide "dementia-friendly training" that enriches our employees and sets us apart in community banking. He provides financial education through regional nonprofits such as Life Choices of North Louisiana, serves on Club Blue with the Boys and Girls Club of North Louisiana, and as a committee member with the Alzheimer's Alliance of Northeast Louisiana.
