- System Downtime: 4:00 PM CST on Friday, May 29 through 9:00 AM CST on Monday, June 1
- During this time, online banking and the mobile app will be unavailable
First-Time Login Instructions
Personal Online Banking Users
- Use your current username and current password to log in.
- After logging in, you will be prompted to create a new password.
- Once your password is updated, you can continue to your accounts.
Business Online Banking Users
- Use your current username and the temporary password provided by the bank to log in.
- Your temporary password was sent through a secure message to your current online banking inbox.
- After logging in, you will be prompted to create a new password.
- Once your password is updated, you can continue to your accounts.
